    Job Title: Senior Recruiter

    Job Location: Crystal City, VA

    Security Clearance: Clearable


    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
    • Work with internal teams and Line managers to identify, interview and hire needed talent across the firm.
    • Develop recruiting strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, and other sources.
    • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
    • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool.
    • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments and interviews.
    • Actively use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
    • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
    • Follow and adhere to OFCCP.
    • Perform other duties as required


    • 10+ years of senior recruiting experience, Must Have DOD & DHS Proposal Recruiting Experience.
    • Experience in recruiting for all levels of cleared candidates and an understanding of hiring in the Government Contracting space
    • Proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes to include: sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing candidates
    • Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
    • Exceptional work ethic, exemplary communication skills both oral and written
    • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure
    • Highly engaged, organized, and personable
    • Familiarity with social media (Twitter, FaceBook, Google+, Instagram) and other professional networks (LinkedIn)
    • Understanding of fair employment practices
    • Ability to recommend, host / coordinate and attend job fairs / invitationals
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
    • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate changing work priorities
    • Must be US Citizenship, Active clearance preferred, but must be clearable

    Desired Qualifications:

    • AIRS certified strongly preferred


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field desired
