    Job Title:  Proposal Recruiter/ Staffing Manager

    Job Location: Crystal City, Virginia

    Security Clearance:  Clearable

    Responsibilities

    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
    • Work with internal teams and Line managers to identify, interview and hire needed talent across the firm.
    • Develop recruiting strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, and other sources.
    • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
    • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool.
    • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments and interviews.
    • Actively use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
    • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
    • Perform other duties as required

    Qualifications

    • Must Have DOD & DHS Proposal Recruiting Experience.
    • BS or BA from an accredited College/University in Human Resources, Psychology/Business or IT (maybe need more social media IT type) related subject.
    • Minimum of 12 years in Recruiting and/or Human Resources. 
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
    • SECRET Clearance a Plus

    Education:

    • BS or BA from an accredited College/University in Human Resources, Psychology/Business or IT (maybe need more social media IT type) related subject.
