    Advanced Concepts and Technologies International (ACT I) is a Small Business Prime Contractor providing support to Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP).


    We are seeking multiple Senior Management Analysts to assist CBP’s Office of Information Technology to plan, coordinate, structure, schedule, manage, communicate, report, assess and steward all CBP Records Information Governance activities.


    These positions are contingent upon Task Order modification and anticipated Period of Performance commences in September 2018.


    Management activity shall include both overall and task level project management to establish control, monitoring, and notification mechanisms and shall work with the Government’s Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), CBP unit records managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that tasks stay on track and important milestones are met. The Managemtn Analyst shall work with Unit records managers, CBP Contractors, and all other stakeholders necessary to ensure relevant CBP policies and procedures are met.


    The scope of this Task Order includes the following functions and activities in support of CBP:
    • Document Vital Records processes and create a plan to evaluate and update Vital Records inventory for each of 29 components
    • Schedule and conduct annual inventories component offices
    • Identify corrective actions
    • Prepare briefings for Senior Officials on the status of the RM program
    • Conduct ongoing evaluation of compliance to full lifecycle records management activities
