    ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.
     
    We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor seeking candidates to provide organization, training, management, and operational expertise to support the MQ-1/9, RQ-170, RQ-4, and U-2 weapon systems within the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) A3M Persistent Attack and Reconnaissance Division.

    Proposed Period of Performance : 28Sep2018 - 31Mar2023 (Base Period + 4 Option Years)

    Place of Performance : Langley AFB, VA

    This position is contingent upon Task Order award.

    Responsibilities

    A3M is the MAJCOM division lead responsible for multi-role ISR policy and doctrine, maintenance of system operational configuration, development of CONOPs documents, coordination of operational plan taskings specific to the managed weapon systems, development of Air Force TTPs, proper execution of ISR procedures as established by authoritative guidance (e.g. CJCS Instruction 3250.01), and oversight of UTC management and Air Force Forces (AFFOR) readiness. A3M is also responsible to the command as the co-Program Element Monitor (PEM) for Program Management Doctrine and is therefore responsible for ensuring fiscal compliance with governing directives and proper execution of funding allocated to specified A3M programs. A3MH (High Altitude ISR Branch) is responsible for managing all aspects of current operations and operational doctrine involving Air Force high altitude multi-role ISR weapon systems and platforms.

    - Liaise with Joint Staff, ACC/A1, ACC/A4, ACC/A5, ACC/A6, and ACC/A8 to determine a long-term strategy that meets operational objectives.
    - Attend and/or host weekly teleconferences/VTCs
    - Document POAM type documentation to chart and update long term objectives
    - Ensures maintenance delivery schedules will not adversely affect operational units. Coordinate and host teleconferences and VTCs to ensure execution timelines are met.
    - Write and develop future RPA systems through operational inputs to the JCIDs process.
    - Ensure HHQ ACC plans for operational units to be given the training and time required for any upgrade of equipment or software.
    - Write CONOPS and perform document maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance
    - Build and manage Ops UTCs and coordinates on Maintenance UTCs.

    Qualifications

    - Possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight years operational experience within the HAISR mission area or a Bachelor’s degree with ten years operational experience within the airborne ISR mission area.
    - Minimum of two years of experience performing within a higher headquarters level staff.
    - Graduate of U2BQT, RQ4PBQT, or similar operational reconnaissance training course (for example:  MQ1/9, JSTARs or Rivet Joint programs).
    - Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance
