    ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.

     

    We are a DoD Small Business Prime Contractor seeking candidates to provide Administrative, Acquisition, Financial and Budget Support for the Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoE) for Psychological Health/Traumatic Brain Injury (PH/TBI).

     

    Place of Performance is DCoE Silver Spring, MD.

    Responsibilities

    The Contractor shall assist in the development and execution of budget reports, exhibits, and documentation to comply with federal regulations and to respond to external inquiries and ad hoc budget drills. The Contractor shall provide research, analysis, document preparation, and fiscal support. The Contractor shall assist DHA in planning, justifying, and managing budgets. The contractor shall assist Directorate staff in preparation for conferences and meetings to include preparation of briefing materials. The contractor shall attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes and ensure coverage of duties and responsibilities when absence is more than two weeks. The Contractor shall research and review data and documents, and provide objective assessments of options, issues, and positions for a variety of program planning, reporting, and execution activities. The Contractor shall draft responses to taskers, and obtain Government concurrence to ensure timely closeout. The Contractor shall prepare and edit technical or general documentation using various software packages such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel,SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat (specifically Adobe Connect) and Windows.

    Qualifications

    •    7 years of experience providing senior-level financial management and budget analysis support
    •    Over 6 years directly supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) with financial management support
    •    Over 1 year of experience supporting the PH/TBI contract as financial manager
    •    Bachelors Degree, Business Administration
