    Advanced Concepts and Technologies International (ACT I) is a Small Business Prime Contractor providing support to Headquarters Air Force Space Command (HQ AFSPC).  We have an immediate opening and are seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst candidate in our support to HQ AFSPC related to Cryptologic (Crypto) Modifications, Air Force (AF) Communication Security (COMSEC) and Cyberspace activities at Peterson AFB, CO.

    Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY:  Serves as Division Liaison and provides document control for A5C. Provides program management support for Cyber Weapon System Programs and non-weapon system programs and initiatives. Assists in preparing all personnel on expected staffing standards. Tasks division members with all internal and external taskers. Supports administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, publishing meeting minutes and reports, and file management/organization. Uses and optimizes task management and document control tools.

    PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:  PWS 1.5 :

    • Assist in managing Cyber Weapon System Programs and non-weapon system programs workflow requirements and assigned tasks. Also, assist in development and coordination of presentations.
    • Review, validate and provide recommendations for documents accomplished by other organizations and annotate any touchpoints or impacts related to Cyberspace and Crypto/COMSEC.
    • Support A5C in establishing priorities and coordinating, scheduling and execution of cyber and Crypto/COMSEC meetings.
    • Review proposed policies and guidance issued by AFSPC or higher headquarters which affect Cyber Weapon System Programs and AF Crypto/COMSEC programs and provide recommendations to the government.
    • Complete JCIDS and budget related staffing actions for products that require coordination (e-staffing, memos, MOU, MOA, point papers, issue papers) to ensure requirements are met within the Cyber and Crypto/COMSEC portfolios.
    • Provide support as the central focal point for managing the Cyber and Crypto/COMSEC portfolios, including but not limited to: receiving, distributing, and tracking of MAJCOM-directed tasks to A5C status to ensure completion by due date.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience providing quality assurance, task management, and administrative support to HQ AFSPC
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities by levels of importance and suspense dates
    • Strong interpersonal and oral and written communications skills. Ability to write high-quality products and briefings for a senior-level audience
    • Proficient with MS Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and task management tools (TMT, NGeS)

     

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:  BA/BS

     

    SECURITY CLEARANCE:  Secret
