    ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998. 
    We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor and are seeking candidates to provide JCIDS Subject Matter Expert (SME) as applied to the E-4 National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC) communications and operations


    Proposed Period of Performance : One Base Year + Four Option Years

    Target Start date: June 2018


    This expertise will inform the Operational Concept, Technology Alternatives and Effectiveness work groups. Specifically, the SME will provide E-4/NAOC communications and operations expertise to ensure that the general concepts, alternatives and identified requirements are fully identified.
    The SME shall travel and take part in most AoA WIPT activities. The SME will support development of the Operational and Employment Concepts, as well as any threat analysis required to inform the JCIDS process. The SME shall support the Technology and Alternatives Working Group (TAWG) and the Effectiveness Analysis Working Group (EAWG) as required to complete the analysis. The SME shall participate in the staffing and comment adjudication process as required by performing comment review/adjudication, draft/version update, or other project activities to present a final version of the document to the government. Previous AoA experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Defense Planning Guidance and Scenarios is required.

    Travel is expected in the course of executing this project.

    Potential sites include McLean, Va; Langley AFB, NM; Omaha, Ne, and Norfolk, Va.


    A minimum of SECRET Clearance is required.
