    ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.


    We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor on seeking candidates to provide support to the U.S. Government, Department of Homeland Security, CBP.


    The Management Analyst shall provide support, recommendations and assist the federal government in the following areas:

    • Data Management Plan (DMP)
    • Risk Management Plan (RTM)
    • Capability Development Plan (CDP)
    • Acquisition Plan (AP)
    • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
    • Mission Needs Statement (MNS)
    • Operational Analysis (OA)
    • Program Management Plan (PMP)
    • SELC Tailoring Plan
    • Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS)
    • Project Tailoring Plan (PTP)
    • Systems Requirement Document (SRD)
    • Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
    • Acquisition Plan (AP), in accordance with DHS Directive 102-01 (Acquisition Management Directive), which is publicly available
    • CBP Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and the
    • CBP Program Lifecycle Process (PLP) Guide ensuring content is of high quality and conforming to standards
    • Assist project teams in preparing and validating artifacts for all baselines throughout the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) corresponding to gate reviews




    -3-10 Years of Experience

    -Bachelor Degree

    -US Citizen

    -Eligible for CBP Clearance



    -DHS CBP Experience
