    ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.


    We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor on seeking candidates to provide support to the U.S. Government, Department of Homeland Security, CBP.


    The Program Manager shall provide direct program management support services, providing guidance as requested, and assisting federal program office personnel in the performance of various program management functions.

    • Serve as a subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of Program Management and Acquisitions, the DHS Directive 102-01 (Acquisition Management Directive), which is publicly available, the CBP Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and the CBP Program Lifecycle Process (PLP) Guide.
    • Collecting and drafting input for CSPD pre-negotiation briefings and similar products.
    • Researching the historical proposal activity and pricing strategies to assist and
    advise CBP on the best strategy for obtaining the desired products and services
    for the best value to the Government.
    • Providing input to draft acquisition package documents.
    • Providing coordination and support of the DHS/CBP/IT program acquisition process.
    • Work with the approved Future Years Homeland Security Program (FYHSP) funding for the program broken out by appropriation and year; to allow easy comparison to the LCCE results.
