    ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.
    We are a Small Business DoD Contractor and are seeking candidates to immediately provide knowledge, capabilities, and experience necessary to meet support function requirements for the 92d Air Refueling Wing, Mobility Air Forces (MAF) tanker squadrons' operations at Fairchild AFB, WA.

    Place of Performance : Fairchild AFB, WA 99011

    Proposed Period of Performance : 1 Jun 2018 - 30 Sep 2019 (One base period + One option period)

    Position is contingent upon Task Order award.


    This position supports Mobility Air Forces (MAF) tanker squadron operations support functions at Fairchild AFB, WA. The squadrons operations support functions provide services such as aircrew Scheduling, Training, Standardizations & Evaluations (Stan/Eval), and Mobility/Readiness.

    Description of Work:  

    - Prepare and process individuals for deployments/re-deployments to/from combat zones, exercises, and other locations based on US Government, DOD, AF, COCOM, and any other applicable guidance.

    -  Coordinate and schedule required pre-departure training with the deploying personnel and contingency exercises to include deployment tasking processing.

    -  Coordinate Total Force Awareness Training (TFAT), basic Airmen Readiness (BAR) and Basic Deployment Readiness (BDR), from Advanced Distributed Learning Service (ADLS) as well as location specific training requirements.

    - Prepare and submit a list of requirements for purchase to squadron leadership for approval in support of mobility/readiness requirements.

    - Distribute deployment equipment specified by location specific Reporting Instructions (RIs), organizations or guidance from organizations, maintain this equipment, and distribute individual equipment for deploying personnel utilizing current host base and AFI guidance.

    -  Manage deployment reporting in the Air Expeditionary Force Unit Type Code (UTC) Reporting Tool (ARTool) including UTC posturing and individual status updates in Status of Resource and Training Reporting System (SORTS) and the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).

    - Use AEF reporting tool, Excel, ASIMS and other government approved local tools to track predeployment/post-deployment mobility, logistics, security, ancillary training, member identification tags,medical, and dental requirements.

    - Interface with Government-designated Commercial Travel Office (CTO), Air Mobility Command liaison officers, Force Generation Cell, and unit/group/wing resource advisors to arrange and/or de-conflict deployment/re-deployment travel.

    - Coordinate with wing, base and higher headquarters offices on deployment issues and maintain mobility folders/documentation IAW DoD Foreign Clearance Guide, AFI 10-244, AFI 10-403, AFI 33-332, AFI 37- 132, associated AFCENT/MAJCOM/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance.

    -  Maintain unit passport roster, recall roster, and manage recall procedures for real world and exercise events.

    -  Schedule members to maintain qualification for AFI dictated small arms training.

    -  Coordinate with members and Operations Group Mobility office (OG/OGX) for required mobility folder reviews.

    -  Perform as Unit Airfield Driving Program (UADPM) manager and Vehicle Control Officer, IAW AFI 13- 213 Airfield Driving. Conduct and manage training of aircrew members.

    - rack Government Travel Card (GTC) delinquencies and aircrew DTS order/voucher status.

    -  Manage Unit Fitness Program and fulfill duties of Unit Fitness Program Monitor (UFPM), to include scheduling and tracking completion of fitness assessments.

    -  Fulfill duties of Additional Duty Unit Training Manager (ADUTM) as mandated by AFI, to include management/completion of AF Form 2096’s and training notification reports on individual personnel.


    - Experience working with USAF mobility programs.

    -  One year experience working in a squadron-level or higher mobility office and attend necessary UDM training.

    - Current SECRET security clearance
