Program Control Analyst

ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.


Our fast-growing Program Management and Financial Management firm works closely with the US Government. We employ a suite of Business Development and Operations SMEs who are skilled in the field. 


•    Develop and maintain detailed program budgets based on: contractual requirements, labor resources, and schedule parameters.
•    Perform monthly analyses of performance relative to the established budgets and prepare reports for respective program managers and corporate leadership.
•    Monitor and ensure availability of funding by maintaining and analyzing detailed records of expenditures and commitments. Monitor and incorporate contractual changes into cost and schedule baselines.
•    Support and manage multiple contracts and program managers
•    Review monthly subcontractor invoice submissions


•    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management.
•    Current experience with Deltek Costpoint core modules
•    Strong skills with MS Office excel
•    Strong organizational skills and ability to work within a team
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to obtain & maintain a Secret clearance

•    Expericene with US Government contracting and familiarity with contract types including FFP, FFP LOE, T&M, and CPFF
•    Basic knowledge and understanding of FAR, DFARS, and GAAP requirements
