ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs since 1998.
We are a Small Business DoD contractor and are aggressively seeking candidates 

to perform programmatic assistance services required by the PMO ASE in Huntsville, AL.


The effort includes administrative support; business and financial operations services for acquisition, financial, program and logistics management; operations research support to include cost estimating and analysis and program integration; and management analysis specialized in process improvement, knowledge management, and data management.

Place of Performance : 6726 Odyssey Drive, Huntsville, AL 35806

Period of Performance : 60 months (one Base Year + four Option Years).

Estimated Award Date : 30Sep2017


This position is contingent upon Task Order award.


The candidate shall provide subject matter expertise in the areas cost estimating and cost
analysis consistent with the DoDI 5000.73, “Cost Analysis Guidance and Procedures.” 

Personnel shall provide the following services:

a. Provide inputs to DoD Acquisition reports.

b. Develop independent cost estimates, to be used on current as well as new development


c. Analyze risk associated with budget fluctuations, schedule changes, force structure and new or 
modified hardware and provide the results of the analyses to higher management for their review.


• 3 to 10 years of experience


• BA/BS or MA/MS degree.


• Ability to perform all functional duties independently.

• Secret Personnel Security Clearance.

• Experience in lieu of Degree Allowable Substitutions are :
