ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.
We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor and are seeking candidates in support of the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) supporting B-1B Logistics, Acquisition Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Capabilities Development, and Operations Planning/Policy Advisory and Assistance Services.
All work will principally be performed at HQ AFGSC, at Barksdale AFB, LA.


Provide highly qualified support to the E-4B platform and mission CONOPS for Air Force Global Strike Command. The analyst will serve as the E-4B Operations expert and conduct research into taskings and guidance governing the envisioned use of the E-4B aircraft. The analyst will use the results of this research to assist in drafting the Operations Concept for staffing and approval in close coordination with the local AFGSC contract lead. The analyst will assist in developing the project schedule, identify Operations Concept governance and conduct stakeholder identification. The analyst will use this data to co-author the Operations Concept. The analyst will draft the document, help prepare any required briefing slides, assist with adjudication of comments and help finalize the document for submission.


- Must have previous experience producing Operating Concepts at the MAJCOM level
- The analyst shall possess E-4 mission experience – defined as having experience in executing the E-4's overall mission, not the operation of the aircraft or an E-4 mission system.

- The required skill level would best be found in an “Operations Team Chief” or other “Operational leaders” within the E-4 community, not necessarily an E-4B operator
- The analyst must be able to work on NIPRNET and SIPRNET with extensive capabilities in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
- Must posess a DoD active SECRET Security Clearance
