ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.


• Responsible for the Proposal Development Lifecycle from RFP release to Award Notification
   - Pre-Proposal Phase – Tasks include but not limited to the following:
   - Build Proposal Plan
   - Develop Proposal Strategy
   - Prepare Proposal Outline
   - Outline Review
   - Create Annotated Outline/Content Plan
   - Conduct Annotated Outline/Content Plan Review
   - Finalize Proposal Team
   - Proposal Phase – Tasks include but not limited to the following:
   - Update Proposal Plan
   - Conduct Kickoff Meeting
   - Provide all guidance to proposal team
   - Transition/Update Annotated Outline
   - Conduct and Respond to Pink Team
   - Develop Orals/Demo Plan
   - Draft Text, Graphics and Presentations
   - Finalize Executive Summary
   - Conduct and Respond to Red and Gold Teams
   - Produce Proposal
   - Conduct Final Quality Assurance
   - Deliver Proposal
• Maintains working knowledge of the SharePoint Collaboration Tool to include permissions and simultaneous collaboration


• 7 -10 years of related experience managing proposal efforts in a federal government contracting environment.

• SharePoint experience is required. 

• Familiarity with Deltek CRM desired.

• Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree and be eligible for a Secret clearance. APMP certification desired. and

• Eligible for a Secret personnel security clearance.
