Overview

ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.
 
We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor and are seeking candidates in support of the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) to provide in-garrison active Bomber Squadrons functional support for typical additional duties assigned to squadron personnel, such as Scheduling, Training, Stand/Eval support; and specific support requirements, tasks, and qualifications.

Places of Performance are:  Barksdale AFB, LA; Minot AFB, ND; Whiteman AFB, MO; Dyess AFB, TX and Ellsworth AFB, SD.

Proposed Period of Performance is:  26Sep2017 through 25Sep2020.

Positions are contingent upon Task Order award.

Responsibilities

Tasks:
1. Update data in PEX (or future equivalent systems to PEX) and locally-developed database systems as required.
2. Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management Systems (ARMS) (or future equivalent systems to ARMS), as required.
3. Review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per the applicable Air Force Instructions (AFI 11-202V1 and AFI 11-2MDS-V1), associated MAJCOM Installation Supplements, and locally-developed guidance. Number of records will vary depending on unit manning/student throughput.
4. Administer classes and exams as required and coordinate with scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and any other grounding or pre-deployment training requirements. Number of classes/exams will vary depending on unit manning/student throughput.
5. Perform weekly individual gradebook checks of personnel training and ancillary training requirements.
6. Prepare and execute periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
7. Provide weekly updates to Squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
8. Coordinate with scheduling officer enabling them to maximize training opportunities in accordance with unit leadership guidance. Scheduling and training will be consistent with AFIs.
9. Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for the unit Operations Supervisor (or equivalent); as well as, weekly summaries for the Operations Officer.
10. Assist in the development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
11. Generate the following reports/forms as required:
     a.  AF Form 4324, Aircraft Assignment/Aircrew Qualification Worksheet;
     b.  Training Aids;
     c.  Monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summary (also known as the “Letter of Xs”) and provide a copy of inwork and final documents to Wing Current Operations (OSS/OSO) and Wing Stand/Eval (OGV) NLT the last day of each month;
     d.  Monthly and quarterly Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) reports and RAP inputs to Wing OSS Training each quarter;
     e.  RAP reporting as required by the current RAP tasking message;
     f.  Monthly summary of aircrew probation/regression status;
     g.  Grade Book report.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with PEX (or similar proprietary scheduling program).
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a Squadron, Group, and/or Wing training program or three (3) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron, Group, and/or Wing equivalent training program.
