ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.

 

We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor on seeking candidates to provide support to the U.S. Government, Department of Homeland Security.

Responsibilities

The scope of this Task Order includes the following functions and activities in support of CBP:

  • Project/Program Management/Integrated Program Management Support;
  • Operational Requirements Support;
  • Integrated Logistics Support and Planning;
  • Cost/Schedule/Performance Analysis;
  • Cost Estimation and Analysis;
  • Cost/Performance Trade-Off Analysis and Studies;
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) Analysis;
  • Risk Analysis
  • Program Documentation;
  • Budget & Financial Management Support; and
  • E-Business Support/Knowledge Management Support

Logistics Specialist Shall:

 

• Provide a broad perspective of supportability and sustainment for the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Broadband system, providing comprehensive
technical and analytical services during the acquisition process for the government (refer to MD 102-1 for detailed description of the 9 primary elements of support and sustainment).
• Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) for all WSPD components, and customer programs and projects.
• Plan and coordinate with stakeholders for the LRFP’s distribution, internal allocation, delivery and final disposal of resource plans.
• Support RF tower site analysis, development and environmental support
• Analyze user requirements and mission needs to provide the agency with critical data necessary to select RF tower sites
• Prepare the TACCOM project and Wireless Technology Program Project tower sites for lease/easement execution. This includes implementing the site development/leasing through facilitation and coordination of tower site feasibility evaluations and selection, Federal Aviation Administration approvals, frequency approvals, environmental approvals, power and telecommunication approvals, permitting approvals, lease exhibit drawings, construction drawings, structural approvals, and leasing activities such as assisting in the establishment of a budget for initial and recurring lease costs.
• Perform pre-lease due diligence before lease/easement execution.
• Initiate lease processing and performs liaison activities between WSPD and CBP’s Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM)
• Review prospective site candidates and prioritizes sites for optimum selection based on real estate availability and RF engineering parameters.
• Perform functional analyses and identify the necessary environmental requirements to clear site property leases for execution and initiating requests with OFAM.
• Reviews all plans and associated documentation for processing through OFAM.

Qualifications

Required:

 

-3 to 10 years of experience

-US Citizen 

-Eligible for CBP Clearance 

 

Preferred:

-DHS CBP Experience
