    ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.

    We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor seeking candidates to provide support with the subject expertise, knowledge, skills and abilities to provide advisory, assistance and project management support to all work (planning, research, data
    collection, analysis, design, development, execution, and assessment) required to augment three Focus Areas (FA) within Marine Corps Logistics Command’s (MARCORLOGCOM) audit readiness efforts.


    Proposed Period of Performance: 29Jun2018 - 28 Jun2021 (One Base Year + Two Option Years)

    Place of Performance:  The location for these efforts is at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA and Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA. Short-term temporary additional duty may be required to the following locations:
    • Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Arlington, VA
    • Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA
    • Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA
    • Marine Corps Support Facility, Blount Island / Jacksonville FL


    This opportunity is contingent upon Task Order award.


    This position is at Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) in Albany, GA.

    The candidate provides systems analysis, systems integration, data analysis, and system audit assistance; works with Audit Readiness Augmentation team to facilitate technical discussions for assessment of legacy logistics/financial systems portfolio and related information/data flows and documentation; integrates the overall design, strategic planning, and support of the tactical aspects of IT operations; employs computer systems administration and support capabilities, to include analyzing, creating, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and support of server hardware, network data storage, and operating systems (including Windows and Linux), peripherals, and software applications; assesses system changes and proposed processes to ensure changes are effective and functional; and applies SQL, MS Access, and IT systems foundational knowledge when it comes to the processes and technology used for systems analysis.


    Knowledge, skills, abilities, education:

    • BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years as at least a mid-level dedicated Systems Analyst or as a Project Manager with systems analysis responsibilities
    • Advanced technical expertise in analyzing and auditing business information systems controls and documentation.
    • Experience in authoring, interpreting, and updating technical documentation including process and workflows, network architectures and topologies, server and workstation commissioning and de-commissioning models, technical support documents
    • Experience with systems administration, application development, technical support, network administration or some other technical role
