Overview

ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.

 

We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor on seeking candidates to provide support to the U.S. Government, Department of Homeland Security.

Responsibilities

The scope of this Task Order includes the following functions and activities in support of CBP:

  • Project/Program Management/Integrated Program Management Support;
  • Operational Requirements Support;
  • Integrated Logistics Support and Planning;
  • Cost/Schedule/Performance Analysis;
  • Cost Estimation and Analysis;
  • Cost/Performance Trade-Off Analysis and Studies;
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) Analysis;
  • Risk Analysis
  • Program Documentation;
  • Budget & Financial Management Support; and
  • E-Business Support/Knowledge Management Support

Project Manager Shall:

 

• Provide leadership and guidance, to overall program management vision, and senior executive consultation in support of WSPDs TACCOM Modernization Program and other projects.
• Guide project execution consistent with the WSPD Strategic and Program Management plans; provide assistance with DHS and CBP initiatives that relate to WSPD; and assist in reviewing quarterly reports, address variances, provide impact statements, and possible recommendations.
• Support the Government in outlining and executing the program’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives
• Support the Government in developing a plan for spending and usage of allocated budget dollars
• Support the Government program and project management activities to organize, direct control, and coordinate the TACCOM investment.
• Support the Government to develop and manage the business case/technical investment that maximizes the capability within DHS
• Support the Government to communicate project portfolio progress to all stakeholders
• Support the Government to provide project planning coordination, manage communications, and ensure compliance with the DHS and CBP Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes in accordance with the DHS Acquisition MD 102-01.

Qualifications

Required:

 

-10+ years of experience

-US Citizen 

-Eligible for CBP Clearance 

-PMP certified or DAIWA Program Manager Level III Certified or equivalent. 

 

Preferred:

-DHS CBP Experience
