ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.


We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor on seeking candidates to provide support to the U.S. Government, Department of Homeland Security.


The scope of this Task Order includes the following functions and activities in support of CBP:

  • Project/Program Management/Integrated Program Management Support;
  • Operational Requirements Support;
  • Integrated Logistics Support and Planning;
  • Cost/Schedule/Performance Analysis;
  • Cost Estimation and Analysis;
  • Cost/Performance Trade-Off Analysis and Studies;
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) Analysis;
  • Risk Analysis
  • Program Documentation;
  • Budget & Financial Management Support; and
  • E-Business Support/Knowledge Management Support

Executive Administrative Assistant Shall:


• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare weekly and monthly status reports, take meeting minutes and finalize as a formal deliverable,
• Provide administrative support to various meetings, compile, track, review, format, and transcribe staff inputs into deliverable documents and maintain a schedule of deliverables
• Prepare outgoing correspondence and maintain office files,
• Design processes to enhance administrative workflow and dissemination of information,
• Support telephone inquiries, coordinate domestic and foreign travel arrangements for government staff,
• Schedule conference room usage,
• Assemble/prepare briefing/meeting handouts and materials, track subordinate assignments and organization data calls.






-10 years + of experience

-Master's Degree

-US Citizen 

-Eligible for CBP Clearance 



-DHS CBP Experience
