    ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.
    We are a Small Business DoD Prime Contractor and are seeking candidates in support of the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) supporting B-1B Logistics, Acquisition Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Capabilities Development, and Operations Planning/Policy Advisory and Assistance Services.
    All work will principally be performed at HQ AFGSC, at Barksdale AFB, LA.



    Provide highly qualified JCIDS and NC3 SME, Research analysist and technical writing/editor skills and document quality assurance/control experience. These experts will work alongside project Task Leads who are planning executing and documenting analysis of USAF systems and capabilities. Expertise is needed to assist with JCIDS documentation and NC3 analysis to ensure all analysis technical documentation is accurate, organized, concisely written, properly coordinated and delivered as scheduled.


    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position will need to provide analytical support in the drafting and review processes of Joint Capability Integrated Development System (JCIDS), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)-related documents, NC3 analysis and related documents and modelling and simulation documents. This will include analysing documents for correlated comment resolution matrixes, identifying and reconciling inconsistencies between analysts and document developers. The Analyst will support Task Leaders to review, format and technically edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, proper formatting and grammatical accuracy thus ensuring quality control during drafting and prior to final submission.

    This position will assess current systems and provide recommendations to the supervisor on program improvements, safety-of-flight, logistics and ability to maximize survivability and lethality from Air to Air, Surface to Air, kinetic, and non-kinetic weapons. These requirements include the full spectrum of JCIDS documents and AoA-related reports for analytical tasks. Examples of supported tasks include various B-52 modernization programs. The Technical/Quality Control Analyst will be provided work flow priorities and expected levels of effort for the various supported tasks to ensure an even, manageable work flow to meet suspense timelines.


    Technical/Quality Control Analyst Basic Qualifications:
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs
    • 5 years’ experience NC3 work and high-end analytical NC3 system
    • Understanding of NC3 architectures, Cyber resilience, and NC3 mission
    • Understanding of Global Assured Communications
    • 5 years’ MAJCOM or higher experience
    • At least 3 years’ experience in managing technical documentation processes and procedures (writing, formatting, editing and managing version control of technical documents)
    • Associate degree from an accredited institution
    • Secret clearance


    Technical/Quality Control Analyst Desired Qualifications:
    • Experience writing, editing, formatting, managing version control and coordinating military-related documents
    • Experienced in Microsoft Project building complex integrated schedules
    • English degree from an accredited institution
    • Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible)
